Creating WE with teams,
focuses specifically on taking an executive team to
the next level of thinking about what is possible in
their company. This process helps executive team’s recontexualize
their reality. It sets into place a new energy for discovery
outside the current frame, and provides tools for exploring
new territory without fear and with a way of working
together that reduces risks and encourages “mental experimentation.”
This is done separate from a specific project, and helps
set a new tone, new aspirations, opens a new way of
thinking, removes some of the limitations of current
reality, and facilitates an executive process that transcends
agendas, power issues and influencing patterns. This
