Creating WE with Customers are facilitated workshops with two parts. First, employees learn how to work with customers as partners – how to shift from selling to customers to partnering with them for mutual success. These are customized sessions designed around the specific industry and business challenges. Next the sessions are expanded and be orchestrated as facilitated sessions where employees and customers work together on industry, business and share challenges. Engaging customers and employees in collaborative and innovative sessions brings about a shift in the relationship that translates into mutual success.
