Christine Lewis-Varley
Ms. Lewis-Varley has several distinct
areas of expertise: business consulting to small and
mid-sized companies; creating, developing and delivering
learning modules for the corporate and private sectors:
executive and life-skills coaching; motivational speaking
and professional training.
As a developer and facilitator of professional
development training, Ms. Lewis-Varley has presented
programs to thousands of men and women around the world
on leadership; management; team building; advanced communication;
advanced selling techniques; techniques; stress management;
conflict resolution; time management; executive etiquette;
dress for success and comportment; presentation and
facilitation skills. Her audiences include CEOs, managers,
supervisors, customer service representatives, sales-people,
office professionals, line workers and truck drivers.
Ms. Lewis-Varley continues to design
educational programs both for for-profit and not-for
profit organizations – the best known of these are two
highly successful work-readiness programs: Our Piece
of the Pie, which has been duplicated by inner city
youth organizations across the US and The Power of Pä,
which is a component of the Butterfly Project, her own
not for profit 501©3.
She is the founder of Enterprising
People, LLC., and works with multi-national giants,
Fortune 500 companies, small manufacturing shops and
incubator businesses. Lewis-Varley is known to wear
many hats within her client companies: virtual COO,
HR Director, executive coach, omnibus-person, professional
trainer and business consultant. Lewis-Varley is under
contract with Bristol Myers Squibb and presently spends
two days a week on their Billerica, MA, campus, where
she facilitates team building, process improvement as
well as professional coaching. She has also presented
leadership and management conferences all over the United
States and across Australia.
Ms. Lewis-Varley is the founder and
co-author of the woman’s program The Power of MeSM
as well as many other products and services designed
for women and marketed under the The Power of MeSM
brand name and on the Internet at www.thepowerofme.org.
Christine Lewis-Varley was born and
raised in England. She immigrated to the United States
as a young adult and she has raised three children while
enjoying a successful career in real estate, international
relocation, business consulting, international speaking
and professional training.
