Charles earned a BA in Philosophy of
Mind from the University of Michigan and has made a
life-long study of psychology, the ontology of language
and cognitive science and their applications to collaboration
and leadership ever since. An article by Charles and
Judith E. Glaser recently on the application of Needs-Intelligence
to organizational productivity was recently featured
in Leadership Excellence magazine.
