with executive leadership team to create a strategic
communication strategy to build momentum for change
initiatives.

turnaround with company as Category Leader. Employees
were equipped to drive the turnaround. Redefined the
haircolor and hair care segments. Business grew from
$350MM to where it was acquired for $4.5B in less than
a decade.
