We just hired our first Chief Information Officer to help us revamp our technology focus to give us an even greater competitive advantage, something we would not have considered doing had you not put these issues on the table for us to discuss. Most of all, we continually value having you on site to work with our staff, and help us understand how to catalyze change and successfully transform a company as large as ours.
