Barbara Biziou
Barbara Biziou is a motivational speaker,
life coach and master trainer. She guides a wide variety
of individuals and organizations through all stages
of the creative process from inception to completion.
She has great skill in accessing the current reality
of individuals and organizations and moving them through
the action steps needed to build a viable future. She
believes that the key is on creating healthy environments
where people can thrive.
In addition to her training and coaching
skills, Barbara brings over 25 years of business experience
to her work, which includes production, marketing, product
developments, communication skills development, and
sales. Her clients appreciate and benefit from the real
life examples she brings to her consulting practice.
Barbara has been successful in a variety
of industries including fashion, television, financial
services and not-for profit. Her wide-ranging clients
have included The Red Cross, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan
Stanley, Barneys, Coca-Cola, Proctor and Gamble, Weight
Watchers, The Donna Karan Beauty Company, Coty, The
Jewish Board of Family Services, The Helen Keller Foundation,

is also on the faculty of several teaching organizations,
including The New York Open Center, One Spirit Learning
Alliance and she’s a popular speaker at conferences
in The US, Europe and Asia.
As the author of The Joys of Everyday
Ritual and The Joy of Family Rituals, she
has had the privilege of lecturing around the world
and learning from many different cultures. Barbara has
a deep commitment to integrating practical spirituality
into people’s lives, both personally and professionally.
Her DVD programs Barbara Biziou’s Simple Solutions
for Stress, shows people how to improve their focus
and creativity as they incorporate simple effective
tools into their existing lifestyles and hectic schedules.
